TMZ.com is reporting that B2K singer Dreux Pierre Frederic - aka Lil' Fizz - is being sued by the State of California for running an illegally zoned medical marijuana dispensary in West Hollywood called Little Amsterdam.

The state is demanding a fine of $2,500 a day from July 2010 until now, a total of more than a million dollars. Frederic may also be responsible for up to $750,000 in law enforcement costs and lawyers fees.
According to the TMZ report sources close to Frederic say he got out of the pot business in 2008 and authorities are now searching for the dispensary's true owner. But so far Frederic is still named as the Defendant in the case.
